Aberdeen Mandela was purchased for $8,500 (top price) at the 2005 Southern Breeders Sale at Finley.
We were looking for more bos indicus content for our herd. We found that and much more in this magnificent sire.
He has earned the place as our Number 1 stud sire. He is a big, mobile bull that holds his condition very well. We have produced some outstanding bulls, many going to studs. We now have his daughters calving with exceptional results. We feel this bull's dominance will have a huge influence in the Santa Gertrudis breed for many years to come.

Yarrawonga Roberts (P). We admired his sire, Yarrawonga Matrix, and looking for his bloodlines we purchased Roberts for $11,000.
A moderate framed, polled bull (throwing high percentage poll calves) with a lot of muscle and a perfect sheath.
His calves are very small born and for this reason Roberts will be joined over yearling heifers this season.

Carntyne Horizon (P) was purchased from Ben Evans for $5,500 in 2005.
He is a big, dark, polled bull with a lot of thickness.
His first crop of calves are like peas in a pod and so quiet.
His constitution is amazing, coming out from his cows in good condition and in no time is fat.

He's been used over thicker type cows and his progeny look excellent. They are polled, smooth coated cattle with exceptional temperament.

An easy bull to use over any cow. He reproduces himself everytime. Redemption is polled, very docile, with loose dewlap and tropical skin.

Cardona Gunsmith
Gunsmith was top-priced Cardona bull at the 2007 Emerald Santa Gertrudis Sale for $14,000. He is a big, strong bull with a ton of muscle.
Gunsmith was joined to 45 cows in his first (dry) season. Even after sustaining an injury he achieved a 92% pregnancy test. We are very excited about his first crop of calves. They are showing all the characteristics of their sire. Big. Thick. Calves with a ton of meat and exceptionally quiet. We have some excellent prospects for our Show Team and the 2010 Sale.
Waco Sustain (P)
Sustain is a first season, poll bull with terrific constitution. He was purchased for $10,000. Size, temperament and doing ability make Sustain an important part of our herd.
